Telephone features are handset dependent. Various telephone handsets may not be compatible with engin features. If you retrieve your voicemail messages from a telephone service other than engin, you may incur charges from your respective carriers. If you retrieve your voicemail messages through V-mail, you may incur download charges from your ISP. Various Features may not be available on VoIPer or Softphone plans. engin1way Disclaimer

Voice Box, broadband Internet connection and Ethernet modem/router maybe required. Broadband access and standard phone line rental charges excluded. Calls made with engin 1way may attract separate ISP charges. Call charges are rounded up to the nearest cent before GST. Timed calls are billed for the first minute, then on a per second basis. Calls made to PSTN numbers outside your local calling area will be charged at standard engin rates. Free $’s included are forfeited at the end of your billing cycle. engin 1 way is hard coded to function only with engin networks. Does not support calls to emergency service numbers. engin Softphones Disclaimer

Broadband Internet connection is required. Broadband access fee and standard phone line rental not included. Making and receiving calls with engin Softphone services are classified as uploads and downloads with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Check charges and details with your ISP. Call charges are rounded up to the nearest cent before GST. Timed calls are billed for the first minute, thereafter billed per second. Other call type charges can be viewed under call rates.

Local calls are based on geographic local calling area of your engin telephone number. Calls made to PSTN numbers outside your local calling area will be charged at standard engin rates. Standard call charges apply to included features when in use. $9.95 plan is the only plan available for engin Softphones. engin Softphones and the engin $9.95 plan have a limited compatibility with regular engin features. Softphones are pre-set with the correct engin settings. engin does not take responsibility for any increases in uploads or downloads that may result from settings being altered or changed.

You will be invoiced monthly from the date that you activate your Softphone. Standard call charges apply to forwarded calls. If you retrieve your voicemail messages from another telephone service such as a mobile phone or landline you may incur charges from other carriers. For further information refer to our SFOA.
